The International Alliance of Patients' Organizations (IAPO) organized organised the 4th International Patients Congress.

IAPO is a unique global alliance representing patients of all nationalities across all disease areas and promoting patient-centred healthcare around the world.

Hilkka Kettinen the chairman of the IAPO is also the evaluator of Eurolight. She reported the Eurolight Project as a successful example of collaboration with Patient Organisations.
